“I received my goods, the delivery was good and prompt. However one pair of shoes was damaged (but Masdings claimed otherwise - good luck to the new purchasers). In addition to that be warned you have to return within 14days, this is not clear at the point of purchasing. You only get to know this at the point of return, they then issue a credit note. Very poor customer service.”

Hi there, on checking the item, we found no damage to the item at all. Unfortunately, if an item is returned late, an exchange or e-voucher can only be provided.

“This is the first time I purchased from this company. I bought a shirt from from Masdings, unfortunately the wrong size went in the basket & I did not realise until I had paid. As soon as I received the order confirmation where it stated the wrong size I contacted their customer service (on their website) straight away who managed to change the order to the correct size. Although I feel this would not always be possible for the company to process, it was possible this time. I can not fault the customer service offered by this company it was top notch. The delivery was very quick as well. Would highly recommend.”
