“Great item and price, cheapest around for a Ted Baker jacket, end of season sale. Fast delivery. Not heard of them before as I'm up in the Northwest but great to see there a independent high st shop based in the UK. Great service and thanks, will be ordering from you again.”

“All went well purchasing a voucher. However there was a hitch as I never received it. However after a call to Masdins Holly was most helpful and it was all sorted in minutes. Just a computer glitch. The e voucher came by email. Many thanks.”

“Wow, brilliant customer service! Why on earth do people want to order online when there's stores like this? The item I asked for was not on the shop floor but they were more than happy to go and search upstairs and found exactly what I wanted. Thank you, we'll be back.”

“I am truly disappointed to have to write this review as of today's date I have not received my delivery. Royal Mail 48 It meant to mean within 48hours? of does it not? I had to completely change my outing look on the night of my friend's reception, yesterday 04/11/23. I am seriously thinking of canceling my order because the item has not yet arrived. Thanks for asking”
