“Poor customer service- incorrect usb cable in the box customer services called me a liar. Stated they check everything and the cable is correct- also advised the item is new which It might be, but its also possible the product is a return with the marking and writing on the box - If you like been called a liar and implying your a cheat carry on and use this company”

“Madding did a good job providing a quality product. However I was not impressed with the delivery, parcel was just left on top of my bin, in full view from the pavement. Didn’t knock on the door or ring doorbell, we were in the house but the parcel was just left outside, not even hidden.”
