“You have asked me to review when I am I still waiting for goods to be delivered. And your tracking system gives no update, the chat robot can not communicate. All I want is confirmation on when I will be my goods. What day and time it will be delivered. Absolutely outrageous that you are asking me to write a review when I have not had any delivery or update!”

“None of the code for money off worked,like the new customer one. Couldn't send me what I ordered, why have it on the website, allow me to order it, if you haven't got it in stock”

“Bought a shirt, deliverers didn't leave it with a neighbour, now asked for shirt to he delivered to an address 15 mins away but no replies to the emails. Prob won't use them again.”

“I purchased a Lacoste zipped sweatshirt. In the picture on the website there was the usual crocodile motif on the chest, however, when I received the item it did not have the motif, just a plain navy sweatshirt. Very poor.”

“Fast delivery, as scheduled. However, I received shoes that were dirty and looked heavily worn. I was disappointed as I expected more from a luxury fashion house. I had to send them back.”

“I placed an order for a pair of jeans over 3 weeks ago. They have not arrived. I have contacted Masdings a number of times to chase up but have been told there is an issue with Royal Mail. I believe I have right to request a refund but as yet this has not been offered.”

“Terrible. Ordered a pair of toms, came in size Y2 when I had ordered size C1. Box fell apart when I opened it. Only paid £11 for the toms so I haven’t bothered to send them back or exchange but I will not be ordering from this site again in the future.”
