“Item arrived promptly. However, when I tried to remove the garment from the plastic packaging, misleading information on the outside of the packaging meant that I ended up cutting into the garment! When I called Customer Services to explain what had happened, they said there was nothing they could do. What a waste of money! I won't be buying anything from this company again!!”

“Hello, nothing to say about Masdings. BUT the Society responsible for the delivery here in Luxembourg (DPD) has NOT delivered the parcel, even though they say it has been delivered...VERY BAD SERVICE and the PARCEL is now DISAPPEARED... Giorgio Pieretto (Luxembourg)”

“Amazing service. Ordered, despatached on the same day and arrived in Jeju in 6 days! Wow what a delivery service. Nothing arrives here from the Uk that quickly but I am delighted to receive these. Fantastic quality, just as described on the website. Bring on the winter!”
