“Beware of this company and the sister site oxygen clothing. I returned an item that was delivered back on may 25th this year and they have denied the return. I now don’t have the item and I’m out of pocket over £100. This site and oxygen ignore emails, don’t have active live chat, don’t reply to the online form, don’t answer the phone. I resorted to Instagram and got one line reply’s denying a refund then they deleted all the messages and then deactivated the account. They are thieves, they have taken over £100 from me and retained the return. Not at all what is expected from a reputable company. It’s beyond disgusting. If they’ve done this to me they could be doing it to others. Avoid, shop at a larger reputable store where you have buyer protection.”
