“Made an order online. Rang in store the next day to confirm colour and availability as i needed to take on holiday. After a few days when item should of arrived i get an Email saying order has been cancelled due to short of stock. Appalling didnt respond to Email.”

“I am very happy with the service I received from Masdings. I ordered a pair of size seven Timberland shoes and am delighted with my purchase.The shoes are excellent quality and stylish too.They were delivered by Royal Mail and were very well packed. The communication from Masdings was very good indeed and I was kept well informed about the progress of my order, from the date of purchase, until the items were delivered. “Ordered shorts wrong size so sent back for a replacement for next size, all sorted and measured for me by staff, had never used masdings before but made 3 phone calls and the staff were so helpful, definitely be using again…fantastic service thank you guys 👏👏”

“I ordered the XL size from the website. I am 6’2 and a bit of a gym goes expecting like everywhere else the shirt to be wide and baggy but it wasn’t. The shirt fits me well and hugs the right bits. If I was any larger I’d have to go xxl. If you’re not sure size up on this item.”
