The customer bought 50 grams of our WILD1 wildflower seed mix. We delivered the correct product. When they received it they had wanted a mixture with more wild flower species in the mix. We offered to send a replacement seed mix our WILD3 mix. This has a wider range of species. We asked if they could return the WILD1 seed mix to us and we would send the replacement seed. They chose not to take this option.

“Good service plants arrived in good condition happy with that. Seeds failed to arrive (Royal Mail)! Spoke to customer service who were apologetic and sent out replacements immediately (Royal Mail) arrived in 48 hours excellent service from medow mania wi. Use again , not sure about Royal Mail.”
