“Being a beginner with a patch of rough ground, I had thought often of planting a wild flower meadow and was pleased to find just the thing on this website. At about 20 feet square, there were old roots, nettles, sticky weed, docks etc to dig out and when my seed packet arrived in April, sprinkled it all over the ground, mixed with sand to see where it fell, and left it vaguely flat. After a few weeks, there were 3 blades of grass and I was still quizzical. It rained several times while the moon was waxing, always a good time to sow and grow. Now, end of June, there is a wonderful carpet of wild flowers of extraordinary diversity, most of which, while named on the packet, I have never seen before, and I'm still pulling out the odd nettle, dock etc. Imagine my delight yesterday when pulling out some sticky weed to see some big old fashioned green and black grasshoppers. l understand grasshoppers are the ultimate sign of clear, poison free landscapes and there are only can few isolated places in Kent where they flourish. All thanks to meadow mix for providing the vehicle of their sustainance and future.”

“I understood the details. The website made it easy for me to chose the product that I think was right for me. There were choice I could have made, but I chose the product based on the description. Was a small parcel - equivalent of an envelope - and it arrived as promised. I was kept updated on delivery, and it appears to be the correct information. Haven't planted the plants yet - due for planting in August/September with a flowering date in Spring (I assume) so unable to say how successful (or not) the seeds actually were.”
