“I ordered wild primrose plug plants. They arrived promptly and were well packaged. Some of the plants are rather tiny, others are a better size. I have re-potted them all as none are suitable size for planting out yet.”

“Plants arrived quickly and 95% in good condition. Owing to the stonehard conditions, I've not been able to plant them immediately so they are resting in a shed with good top natural light”

“I bought one packet of seeds, for which the postage charge was outrageous, in my opinion. I cannot, unfortunately, remember exactly what it was, but it was something like £2, for one envelope and a stamp. How can you justify this? A pity, because otherwise the service was good.”

Thank you for taking the time to place a review and we will consider your comments at the beginning of next year. Our charges are £2.95 on any orders under £37.50. Over that there is no charge. We do say on the website and in the checkout process what the charges are. We are aware that most of our competitors have a minimum add on charge for small orders of about £5.00. The cost is not just to cover the cost of postage but also the cost of processing and handing an order. We will though consider if we can make a smaller charge for orders say under £10.00. “I wanted some wild daffodils and thought it was probably too late to order, they are not in any shops I know. I had an immediate response and with a week to go they arrived in time to plant out. Sorted!”

“I ordered a a mixture of meadow seeds and they arrived quickly and in good condition. I decided to sow half now, being late Autumn, and leave the rest till the Spring... so I don't have any colourful photos, yet, to add to this review unfortunately.”
