“The products are amazing. Give yourself plenty of time for delivery as the transport and logistics side is dreadful. Customer service are very helpful but rely on the transport side who are not great and let down the whole company. They definitely need a back up plan for failed deliveries as this delayed us by a whole week as the truck broke down with our product onboard. They had to reissue it from Ipswich rather than cross-load and deliver our original product which was 3 miles away on a broken truck. Logistics nightmare!”

“quality product, shame your delivery tracking system is worse than useless. text message notifying delivery between 09.54 & 10.54 came through at 10.07, & when i checked the lorry tracker your system said the lorry was still in Newport South Wales, 140 miles away!!”

“Good product and delivered in a timely fashion. Different matter with the driver. Face like a gas mask and did nothing to facilitate unloading- just wanted it off his truck ASAP so he could go. Very bad impression. Pity.”

“Goods came on the proposed date and were delivered to the door with good communication. One items was a replacement and I was surprised that this couldn't be coordinated with delivery of two addition items (the same) so I had to pay for a delivery one day but not the one the day before.”

“Order acknowledgement great but no update on the order process. Called to check on indicated day of delivery to be told... will be with you 10 minutes ... Good that as planned but would be nice to have some form of day before confirmation.”

“Customer service good, I purchased Marshall block paving recently in charcoal colour for my driveway five pallet, looks quality Driveset Savannah block paving. I will have to use it for coming years then will be able to give more honest review.”

“I placed my order for paving slabs which was handled both swiftly and well. When my delivery was changed it resulted in a cheaper option so my refund was also handled swiftly and efficiently. However, some 20 paving slabs out of my total order of 120 were sub standard and unusable. I reported this matter to Technical Services with photos and receipt was acknowledged quickly and the matter was passed on to the quality manager to investigate. I am currently still awaiting the outcome and can’t progress my job hence the deduction of one star.”

“great blocks very helpfull driver just a shame delivery can not be confirmed the day before as there needs to be someone to except it and there is no gurantee the day you pick will be when they arrive as site states”
