“Vitrified Paving. Dreadful experience. Despite all marketing literature and YouTube posts for simple brush in grout for the beautiful vitrified paving i purchased, Marshall’s sent their ‘new’ wet mix paving grout. What a mess. Concrete staining to the paving and eroded grout lines. When I asked Marshall’s technical/customer care dept for help, they couldn’t get rid of me quick enough...’not their fault...a installation error’. Decent paving, dreadful attention to detail and dreadful service. The measure if any company is when you do have a problem, what their response is. I just needed practical advice. They saw a problem they would rather not assist with and ran a mile.”

“Items were delayed; however the important part was good communication and the real effort to get them delivered as soon as possible. The delivery driver was most helpful. We live on a single track road and he used his forklift to move then from a lay-by nearby, to exactly where we wanted them”

“Very efficient delivered on time driver brilliant very polite and helpful Was dissappointed the price of the bricks had gone up by £55 since our last order a month before rang to speak to someone but she said they couldn't do anything about it so wasn't very pleased.”

“This is the third delivery of pavers I have bought from Marshalls. Ordering online was easy, just a few clicks. Book your own delivery date to suit you. Local depot called to confirm booking and road access, (but didn't pass my cul-de-sac information on, doh!) Delivery driver was a real pleasure won't embarrass him by naming. I told him that I live in a cul-de-sac when he phoned ahead, and he uncoupled his trailer in a safe location close by so that he could reverse up to my drive. Crane off delivery placed the pallet exactly where I wanted. Driver has a touch like a surgeon with a 2 tonne pallet. Thank you again. Excellent company to do business with. Pavers are excellent.”
