“I have been trying to speak to someone about the ‘green away’ product but no one ever picks up the phone, it’s so frustrating! I did end up ordering the product, and will keep trying the phone....I also still haven’t received my order!! Please can someone look into this for me? Thanks”

“Great website to view products and order free samples- which is an added bonus. Ordering and selecting delivery times very easy. I spoke to customer service on a couple of occasions for confirmation- they could not have been any friendlier and helpful. Although the delivery was contracted out to a third party the driver was fantastic- going the extra mile (not quite a mile)! to drop the crates just where we needed them.”

“Waited in all day for delivery and no show or contact. Phoned earlier in the day to enquire about delivery time. Told I’d be called directly by the people delivering as it was not possible to make contact. Very disappointed and don’t know when the delivery will happen. We have people lined up to lay the paving....”

“I purchased Symphony Classic porcelain pavers in buff last year. The telephone service and delivery during a difficult year was excellent. Marshall’s recommend their own joining compound which is a brush-in hose-off grout. Despite following the instructions some grout has stuck to the pavers attracting dirt. Marshall’s were totally unhelpful & directed me to another company that supplies a grout remover. It would appear Marshall’s are aware their jointing compound is not fit for purpose but are reluctant to do anything about it. Such a shame when the pavers themselves are good quality and expensive. Photos show finished patio & resulting dirt from compound residue Incidentally our installers are Marshall’s & Bradstone approved”

“You gave me a delivery date of 1st of April, I heard nothing from you so I rang to chase my delivery and you hadn’t saved my stock in error. I had landscapers and building equipment hired and booked in from the 2nd of April I had to cancel this and lost money. You never contacted me and you still have not arranged my new delivery date. Very disappointing after spending a considerable amount of money.”

“Very Chaotic! Confirmed Order delivery date one day prior to expected date to get guys on site. Shortly after got informed that order is split and will arrive over the next two days. So far so good. On the day when order should have arrived, nothing arrived, had 4 guys waiting on site all day. Was told it should arrive by mid-day, then on next call that i wont until the next day. Was told twice that i will be called back with more info, that didn't happen. 3rd time round i asked to complain and was told the responsible person will call me, that didn't happen either. Next day one delivery arrived and it took them about 3 hours to find out if the other charge was coming that same day which eventually happened. Flags are alright, service and performance not so much! Cost me a lot of money having the guys expecting a delivery that didnt come. would not recommend based on personal experience.”

“I got told by one builders merchant that the walling I wanted was obsolete, still waiting on price and availability from another. Ordered direct from Marshall’s no hassle and delivered on time.”
