“I got told by one builders merchant that the walling I wanted was obsolete, still waiting on price and availability from another. Ordered direct from Marshall’s no hassle and delivered on time.”

“Excellent service, had to pre order some out of stock walling and some other in stock, and it was all available within a week. Easy payment over the phone and delivery date confimed. The massive trailer lorry arrived which had to reverse up the road to our house and it took only minutes to unload. The driver was excellent and was not worried about the access or unloading. It made a talking point for all the neighbours in the road seeing the massive lorry arrive with our order. We would totally recommend Marshalls for service and will be ordering our paving from them once the bricklayer has built the walling.”

“Excellent customer service, the slabs we were looking for were out off stock but we were called as soon as they came back in & were delivered with in two days. The delivery man was brilliant, very professional & polite. Great job. The slabs were all well packaged with no broken or damaged ones. Will definitely use Marshalls again. “Telephone sales and advice were very good. Delivery went without a hitch although a little more proactive communication would have been appreciated. The delivery driver went the extra mile to place my pallets of Stone exactly where I wanted them.”

“I wanted to buy some retaining wall blocks and chose Croft from Marshalls. As there was no stock I needed to pre-order but I could not get through on the telephone and the online chat was not available. In the end I sent an email to express my frustration and to try to place my order. To be fair the email was answered promptly and Claire was very helpful in placing the order for me. The order is due end April so cannot comment on delivery yet.”
