“One of the packages from Marshall’s arrived damaged. The tub was cracked at the base , the package inside was also damaged leading to the slurry powder escaping.”

“Product - patio slabs- took weeks to be delivered and they were broken and too damaged to accept delivery when they did eventually come. Had to chase several times to get my money back. Never again !”

“Just received delivery of 8 packs of slabs to a typical urban estate with narrow roads. The Marshall's haulier, 4211, was brilliant, delivered all of the slabs to the desired location without any fuss or drama. Great service and a credit to your Company.”

“Apalling service. I ordered 4 pallets (360 blocks) of croft walling. I was given a delivery date a week later so I prepared the ground to build the wall. At 3.15pm the day before delivery I received a phone call to say that only one pallet could be delivered and that the rest would not be available until 7weeks hence. Was the stock not checked when I ordered? I am now left with a lawn covered in soil and bags of gravel and sand waiting to complete the job. I cancelled the order and are now using a different company.”

“Excellent service from Marshalls. Grateful for their assistance in buying direct when our local supplier let us down. The team at Marshalls ensured our delivery arrived in time to enable our contractor to complete the work within existing timescales. Our Casarta Slate patio looks fantastic, great product and advice from Marshalls.”

“Very pleased with service - ordering process was simple, delivery was within a week, product arrived on time and in good condition. I was very impressed with the packaging to ensure paving slabs were undamaged. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Also very economical getting direct from manufacturer, and with free delivery.”

“YOU CAME THROUGH UNDER DIFFICULT TIMES ON DELIVERY. ONE PACK APPEARED OUT OF TOL ON CUT SIZE WHICH GAVE ISSUES WITH CLOSE FITTING PATTERN WHEN HALF WAY THROUGH PROJECT”

“Currently I am in the middle of having my driveway replaced and it was brought to my attention that there were no Concrete Paving Blocks available. As I needed 15 pallets immediately it was a bit of a disaster! Gillian was amazingly helpful and managed to track down 13 from Cambridge for me. These are being delivered this Wednesday. As I have a narrow driveway she was also able to advise delivery on a moffit with a fork lift to combat this. Gillian has been a real help as your delivery into the country is not until the end of March and then it would fulfil January and February orders first so no guarantee that I would get 13 pallets. Just hoping now that delivery goes smoothly.”
