“Lucy Mullen, Sales Advisor was very efficient, communicated well and was respectful when assisting me to place my order online. She discussed the delivery options and emailed to confirm the order was placed and the day when it would be delivered. The delivery did arrive as arranged and the driver was very helpful. I would not hesitate to order online from Marshalls again.”

“the date was Friday 30th and the driver gave me curtesy call 45 minutes before he would arrive I informed him I was in a bar on holiday having a pint and that a friend was at the house.He laughed apologies and told me to enjoy my pint and holiday my friend said chap was spot on bricks all delivered on boards ready to go great service and a bit of banter certainly use again next project thank you Marshalls”

“I used their online site but rung their customer service department for an update on delivery. Both girls were so helpful, accommodating and friendly. As promised , I received an email of the expected delivery time which was accurate. The driver too was super helpful when unloading the 5 pallets of flags. Although the builders have not unpacked them yet the whole experience was simple and ran like clockwork with the added bonus of saving £400 by buying direct. I have no hesitation in recommending Marshalls”

“The whole team at Marshalls have been super helpful - from advising on colour matching of blocks, to Callum sorting out at tricky delivery to cheery delivery person, Chris driving the Moffet fork lift. Marshall blocks are a really good proc=duct but you make the process a good one as well.”
