“No problems at all, easy to find what your looking for, delivered when said, did have an issue with some off the stones, white line through them, were delivered replacement's efficiently, we had the grey limestone aluri stone, lovely finish & easy to work with!”

“I ordered some Indian sandstone paving and from start to finish the process was fabulous. Paving the order was simple online and even the delivery driver was excellent to the point of getting the paving as close d he could to point of use.”

“At the time of purchasing their online consumer website was very new. However, it wasn't properly linked to stock and when I ordered two items, it took a lot of effort and phone calls to finally confirm things were in place. There seemed to be a huge amount of confusion between each department. When I arranged for a return, the cost would have been £75.00 for items worth £30.00! I was given an address to return the items which turned out not to be the right location. In the end, the site received them and I was refunded but it could have been done much simpler. I think in the rush to provide customers support during the pandemic, Marshalls had forgotten the logistics to ensure it was a frictionless purchase/experience.”

“Product was as expected - nice paving slabs but its hard to get too excited about them. However delivery was excellent - driver managed to manoeuvre a massive truck and trailer into our residential street, then dropped the pallets inch perfect into the garden. My builder suitably impressed and I guess hell be ordering direct from Marshalls as well.”
