“We had our porcelain slabs installed by Luke Lumber who did an excellent job. They've been in for 4 months now and still look as good as the day they were laid. Very Happy.”

“5 Stars Ordered online, perfect. Wanted to make a change but wanted to discuss first so dealt with them by telephone, perfect. Delivered 1 day early, perfect. Driver unloaded and went to enormous trouble to ensure delivery was safe and correct. This is the best building supply company I have ever used. Chris Allen 07712 862 956”

“NO STARS!! Absolutely devastated! Samples out of stock so unable to go that route never thought for one minute that after carefully opening coping stones to obviously see how they looked on my wall as I would have thought anyone would have needed to do !!! We are now told they cannot be returned, if your item has been opened ! I’m lost for words and absolutely gutted ! How are u suppose to know if it’s suitable if you can’t open the thing ?? Soon to take your money but not interested if the items aren’t suitable even though we agreed the restock and haulage charge ! Don’t bother people as if ur not happy u have no chance 😡”

“We ordered some paving slabs with a specific delivery date and once the order had gone through we were contacted by Marshalls to say the delivery would be delayed. I explained that we needed the slabs as the fitters had been booked and the lady we dealt with (Vicky) could not have been more helpful. She sorted it out for us and got the slabs to us in a timely manner. We then realised we'd over-ordered and lovely Vicky again sorted out the collection and repayment for us - would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.”

“I recently purchased some blocks, your payment system was not working, but after calling you, you preordered my stone, sent me my invoice, called me when I could pay and delivered on time - you have been smooth and efficient through out. thank you.”

“Purchase 24 sep and tried to contact and to date one goods and no email to tell me what’s happening. Tried to track order from reference I was told to used and your web site just freezes. So not happy so far zero stars so far”

“Unfortunately 8 of the paving slabs in my delivery were damaged, delivery driver very rude and incompetent, couldn't use sac truck properly and ended up breaking pallet which allowed the slabs to pivot and rub together.”
