“I am adding to an existing drive and had to match with original blocks. Website easy to use and option to order samples delivered free of charge. Also spoke to marshals on the phone who where very helpful. Order delivered on time as promised.”

“SPOKE TO AN ASSISTANT OVER THE PHONE WHO HELPED ME WORK OUT HOW MANY SQ METERS I WOULD REQUIRE, I WANTED TO ORDER OVER THE PHONE BUT WAS ASKED TO DO IT ON THE WEB AS THEY WERE SO BUSY. ORDER IS COMING ON THE 20/4/21 SO I HAVE NO PICTURES.”

“Ordered 4 packs of blocks only had 3 delivered and no one contacted me to tell me this was the case, I had to chase all the time and then in the end cancelled the order.”

“I ordered three kerb stones which cost £19, the delivery charge was £75, I think this is a bit steep. I requested a sample stone which was delivered next day free of charge?.... need to review your delivery charges for small orders?”

“The patio slabs arrived exactly when requested, we were able to choose the day which is why we went with Marshall’s. Too many other places were within three days......The delivery driver was very helpful and used the fork lift on the back of his lorry to get the patio slabs right next to the garden gate to have us faint to lift them further. THe slabs themselves are a perfect match and after a few days of weathering you cannot tell the difference with the original slabs and our extended patio. Communications from”

“Delighted with my purchase. I consider Marshall’s to be the market leader, so had assumed this would be reflected in the price. I was wrong, their price, including delivery, was the most competitive. Arrived on time, very high quality, no damage/breakages. Would highly recommend and buy again.”

“Order No. X1058524 I had conversation on Friday 9th April 2021 with a lady from your Consumer Sales Office who said that I would be credited for the damage of 2 Paving Slabs.. There has been nothing credited to my Credit Card Account nor have I received a cheque through the post. So I can only assess your sales performance and credibility as poor and unreliable D. “Told it would arrive at 1230-230. At 330 I called again and was told it was on way and the lorry was tracking nearby and would be arriving 4-5pm. At 545, no reply at call centre. At 556 pm the online tracker said it had been delivered at 1709hrs - It has NOT been delivered. Called and lady said that Logistics and Management had gone home so will have to wait for them to review tomorrow. Not impressed at all.”
