“Delivery charge was expensive. I needed a mixture of flag sizes, but did not require separate pallett loads. If you could tailor for smaller quantities, I would rate Marshalls more favourably.”

“You do blocks and concrete stuff really really well but don't diversify into cakes I don't think you would be any good at those 🙂”

“The paving stones (firedstone Dusk) were lovely when they arrived. However this was 6 days after they should have been and at least 5 phone calls to chase! Dont let a great quality product be let down by really poor service.”

“Over the moon with our new woodcrete driftwood slabs. They look fab, were easy to install and delivery was great. Phoned the office to check delivery as I only got an order confirmation and tracking button didn't work and the lady I spoke with was very helpful.”

“Accountability??? You have to make sure the companies you use and the businesses you partner with are doing their best for you and your business? This is by no way a name and shame but I felt this needed to be shared. I’ve been a Marshall’s registered member for the last four or so years and had nothing but poor communication ect ect the list goes on!!! I had a company profile set up on the marshalls website with pictures of our work and believe it or not another company’s work on our profile I’ve been trying to get this work taken off our profile page for the last three years and spoken to three different reps and a commercial sales directors about taking these pictures off, with one just last week!!! My point is if it’s not working for you as a business remove the problem to say I’m disappointed in Marshall’s paving is an understatement (talk about no accountability) The plus side is as soon as I cancelled my registration within an hour my profile on the website which I’ve been needed updated has been removed. Marshall’s I wouldn’t recommend you to my worse enemy!!!”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. Order samples picked what we liked. Placed the order and delivered all within a couple of weeks fantastic turn around. Garden all ready for 2021!!! bring on the summer!!”

“Ordered Indain Stone Flags for Paitio project. Can't fault the service, great help placing the order and sorting delivery. No problem to later amend the order. Delivery was difficult due to access but driver couldn't have been more helpfull. Very pleased.”
