“Ordering from Marshalls website to delivery of the block paviors by Matt an accommodating and experienced articulated lorry driver/operator was a gratifying experience. I have no hesitation in using Marshalls Direct again.”

“Received delivery this morning, of two packs of Argent Coarse Pavers. Delivered by a real Gentleman, polite, amicable and very professional, extremely efficient. Delivery took barely forty minutes. Looking forward to laying pavers tomorrow. The Other half is well satisfied and fingers crossed I can finish the job and enjoy a Patio to last a life time. Good job Marshalls.”

“Great well known product. haven't been laid as of yet as its a DIY project and its a job in progress but they look lovely on the pallets have used same paving in the back garden years ago and they still look great so cannot see why these wouldn't. Delivery driver was very helpful and accomodating.”

“We have been very happy with the materials and delivery of recent orders. Found the staff both in ordering and delivery to be helpful and informative . The delivery were most considerate as to were would be best to “drop off “our slabs and materials .”

“I ordered 3 items and was informed by the customer service agent that they would be delivered on Friday 10/9/21. There was no delivery. Did'nt think they would deliver over the weekend, so waited until Monday before phoning the customer service.Was informed the order had been dispatched to a local courier for delivery. The courier arrived later in the day with only one part of the order. I asked the driver where the rest was and he said this was all that was in his depot for me. Phoned CS again to be told they would contact the courier then they would phone me. They never did. Phoned several times to different agents, ( they were all very sorry, we'll speak to the courier and get back to you, they never did ) I finally manager to speak to Mathew, who says he will speak to the agents who I was in contact with, ( I won't name them ) to find out what was happening. He DID get back to me and confirmed that the rest of the order would be delivered on Thursday. So I would suggest that not all the order was delivered to the courier. Anybody who is about to order and needs a guaranteed delivery, better read all these reviews before deciding. However thanks to Mathew for getting something done.”

“Covid had a major impact on our installation. It took approximately a year from quote to carrying out the work. Just as work was about to begin we also found that the paving we had selected wasn't available. So we settled for something similar as we didn't want to wait any longer. Once our installer arrived the job was completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. It was clear to us that the groundworks were thoroughly executed with a small soakaway provided plus firm edging to support the edges of the paving so as to stop the edges falling away over time. As ever the bulk of the time was spent in site preparation. We are very happy with the result and the quality of the paving. In fact, a door to door sales team from another firm came door to door on the street after the installation had just been completed and recognised that the pavers were Marshalls and commented on the high quality of Marshalls and the quality of work on our drive. Our installer had been recommended to us by a self employed professional who was doing an annual service on our heating set up. From his knowledge of visiting various property owners he felt happy to recommend the installer and Marshalls. He did think it would cost a bit more than with other firms but if we wanted quality it was worth paying the extra. We feel we have got very good value for what we have paid and we can now see where our installation has the better of many others.”

“I ought to have received my Delivery on the 2nd Sept however it’s the 15th Today and I’ve called twice to find out but no joy. It’s delaying my ground works project. It’s ridiculous service to be polite.”

“Delivery was a day later than when it should of been. Had to contact Marshalls on the supposed day of delivery as to what was happening, as there was no contact by the haulier or even Marshalls to say there was a delay!!!!!!! There was also damaged goods at the timer of delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Marshalls produce excellent products at reasonable prices. Their lines of communication in terms of delivery are in keeping with modern day practices. Their Drivers are very friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend Marshalls as a preferred supplier for block paving especially for their porous Priora type. Henry John BLOWFIELD”

“Fabulous job by Andy and Rob of GLD Gardens LTD (our local Marshall’s installers) creating our driveway using Drivesett Argent blocks and Driveline drains. The finished job has received many complements from the neighbours, not only because of the finished product but also for Andy and Rob’s hard work, considerate, tidy and friendly manner over the two weeks they were with us.”
