I am afraid that I am only able to give 3 stars, only because of their abysmal performance when it came to delivery. The product range is just what I needed, and the ordering and contact for arranging delivery worked very well indeed - lulling me into a false sense of security. Having discussed the aspects of my property, with a 2 metre rise in level between the road and the garden, it was confirmed I needed (and would get) a "Hiab" crane delivery. Delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, with a time to be confirmed on the morning, and the driver would call around an hour before delivery - which all sounded great. What actually happened is that I hung around all day on Tuesday, sending an email around midday to get a forecast; email reply was between 15:00 and 17:00. At 16:30 I called (no response) so emailed and got an apologetic response to say the driver had had problems, and it would be delivered on Wednesday. I hung around all day on Wednesday. I emailed again around midday as I hadn't had the promised call from the driver, and received a reply that it would be between 15:00 and 17:00 (sound familiar??) Sadly I had heard nothing from the driver by 16:30 (I was concerned after his "problem" the day before) so I emailed again (no-one seems to answer the telephone) but received no reply. By 17:30 it was clear I was to be disappointed again. On Thursday morning I sent another email asking if I might be lucky and get my delivery, and magically only 30 minutes later there was a ring on my doorbell - the driver had arrived (not preceded by a phone call an hour before!) However, I was to be disappointed, as the lorry was a "simple" contract delivery lorry that had no crane, and my options were to reject the delivery, or accept and take on the manual handling task of moving everything by myself! I was advised by the delivery driver that the contract delivery company had no "Hiab" crane equipped lorries, so if I rejected the delivery, there was no certainty that I would ever get my slabs. I reluctantly agreed to accept delivery, and spend a couple of hours and an amount of energy working out my frustration with Marshalls' delivery service. Good luck if you choose to order direct from Marshalls!

I placed an order but unfortunately some of the items were out of stock. I spoke to a lovely guy called Callum who helped me find stock elsewhere and processed a refund straight away. When the other suppliers let me down Callum went out of his way again to locate stock and luckily found some from a cancelled order and reserved this for me. I would recommend Marshall’s as their customer service couldn’t be faulted.

Both delivery drivers were professional but also chatty making me feel like a valued customer. Also second driver rearranged pallets so that the correct stones we're on top for the start of the job.

Quick friendly and easy to order. I amended my order twice. Claire and Gillian were friendly, efficient and very accommodating. Just awaiting the delivery on 4 May. The driver also called me to say they were coming. So far so great!

Tiles are fine, but the delivery was terrible. The delivery driver got lost, seemed incapable of driving his lorry and struggled to unload the tiles ending up in him leaving them in the road. Completely unacceptable level of service. Sorry Marshall’s your product is fine but major problems with the delivery.

In the end I didnt plac emy order but this company were marvellous at contacting me to ensure that I no longer required the materials before they sold them on. Very impressive customer service

For our garden patio we used Marshalls Symphony Classic porcelain tiles and they are fantastic... Marshalls delivered to our home exactly on time. The tiles give an upmarket feel to our garden and the texture is smooth to walk on and yet still safe when wet. We used JWK Building & Landscaping Ltd (Romford) as an approved installer on our 5mx4m garden patio. Their quote extremely completive and the work was finished a day early (including some extra work not originally quoted for). Billy (the owner) and Dan and Brian who did the work were extremely professional and friendly... I would highly recommend both the Symphony classic range of tiles and JWK Building & Landscaping Ltd.
