“When I recently purchased a Coniston watch for my son I had the Item sit in my shopping cart for some time so ultimately the serial number 11 which I wanted was gone. Oliver sent me a message and apologized and offered number 10 instead. I was stunned by this level of customer service. I work in a company with 25.000 employees but the level of service is worlds apart. By no means it can compare to this superb and very personal support at Marloe. This will not be my last purchase for sure. Thank you Marloe team!”

“I am very split with my review today. On one had I love the product, great quality and delivery was quick. On the other hand I’m still very frustrated that my recent purchase was delivered in a box covered in Marlow advertising when I clearly stated it was a gift ….. I’ve now had to give the gift early meaning I will now need to purchase a new gift!”

The watch arrived sooner than i expected based on it being a pre-order of a new version, the packaging was superb! Just the unboxing experience felt luxurious in the method that the watch box was cradled into the shipping box, and the watch box itself was a sight to behold. Very happy with my purchase!”

“Ordered a Coniston Auto recently alongside a few straps. The watch is well-made (for the price) and with a rather refreshing design. My only critique would be the 41mm case diameter feels a little too big. I think a 39mm or even 40mm would've been perfect for my smaller wrist.”

“From a product perspective, I have never encountered an item so carefully considered and crafted. Other watch companies design watches that look good but Marloe go further and, through storytelling and subtle design cues, they create watches that evoke a feeling in their design. From a customer service perspective, I contacted Marloe with a query as I couldn't decide between the Coniston Automatic and the Sceptre. Oliver, one of the owners, responded recommending I buy both and return the one I didn't want to keep. Oliver knew that I would keep them both. And I knew Oliver knew I would keep them both. And I did keep them both. They are beautiful watches made by a passionate and thoughtful owners. It's incredible such a small team can produce such a high quality product and service.”
