“It's very easy just to become a blithering fanboy and praise the company to the hilt, but sometimes I think that doesn't do anyone any favours. So I have tried to take a step back and really analyse the whole process to see if something could be better - but it is a struggle to think of anything constructive. The website is well maintained and crystal clear. The ability to choose the serial number is great, but not available on the Astro - though that just drives an email which is very promptly replied to, and to be honest it's quite nice to be in contact. Shipping is almost immediate, reliable delivery with a good DHL service. Unboxing experience is a joy, watches are of tremendously high quality and very fairly priced. This obviously generates a lot of brand loyalty amongst customers. Could there be less packaging/more sustainable packaging? Perhaps, but then again, it's not designed to be thrown away, it's designed to be kept as a legacy timepiece, as a complete package with certification, booklet etc. You're very aware you're buying a premium product that has been designed with real creative thought and explanation. Quality, service, pricing, delivery are all excellent. Can't wait to see what products are coming down the pipeline.”
