“I have been collecting watches for more than 30 years. Like author William Gibson, who helped get me started, I have always favored the "need me to live" mechanical watches; when I had an excess of disposable income I splurged on expensive makes and models, like IWC, Chronoswiss, Zenith and Cartier. Over time. I have come to appreciate value especially, along with quality and design. I guess that's obvious when I look at my collection and now see 10 watches from Marloe. It all started with a Lomond Chronoscope back in 2018. Even though (of course) I do not "need" another wristwatch, I have found expression after esxpression from these watchmakers on my doorstep and on my wrist. The watches are elegantly designed, beautifully made, carefully decorated, and all feature intriguing, complex movements, spectacularly-detailed dials, and carefully matched beautiful straps. Choosing a favorite is like choosing a favorite child, but the Pacific 55 in gold gets a lot of time on my arm.”

Next I was please at the high standard of the box and packaging let alone the quality of my new Solent Timer Black Edition. Stunning watch from a UK brand. “I’ve recently purchased the Daytimer Black Edition and it is absolutely glorious! The attention to detail is superb, it’s a lovely watch to wear. Marloe’s customer service is swift and personal. I had a small problem with the leather NATO strap but it was resolved the same day and I received a replacement by the end of the week. I also received a person follow up email from one of the founders which was a lovely touch. I now own 3 Marloe watches and will not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you all.”

“I bought the Coniston Auto for my husbands 50th Birthday present. I received the watch really quickly and was impressed with the quality of the packaging and presentation. The watch itself is extremely good quality and looks much more expensive than it is. My husband is a watch man and owns Rolex watches and he was so happy and impressed with this timepiece. “I was really looking forward to the Daytimer after seeing pictures of it in Feburary. Was lucky enough to reserve a Black Edition and had it arrive the week of my birthday, so it couldn't have been better timed for me. The watch certainly doesn't disappoint: Good weight, clear time markings, but the second had is a little small (I need my glasses to see it clearly). A another superb watch - well done Marloe.”

“We purchased a watch as a present, delivery was very quick, when it arrived I was very impressed with how the watch was presented really nice box with a booklet all about the watch etc. Unfortunately when the watch was given the strap was too small for the recipient, I emailed to ask if I could order a bigger strap, unfortunately that particular strap didn't come any bigger but the company sourced a bigger strap which was very similar to the original one. The new strap was delivered very quickly and once again attention to detail with the packaging was great. All in all a really great experience with a very professional company who sells really nice watches and best of all British, will Def order again”

“I was attracted to Marloe by the styling, technology, design and color choices. I was not disappointed. The notion of using top quality Japanese movements along with trend-setting styling has resulted in what I consider must have watches. I own several other mechanical watches and can't take this one off! Great power reserve, excellent automatic rewinding with a clutch (!) (Richard Mille features the clutch to prevent over winding and costs 10's of 1000's of $$ more!). The price is more than fair and a pleasant surprise in these days of hype and extravagant pricing.”
