“Purchased 6 stand up banners. Communication for production was poor and 2 out of the 6 have arrived damaged. I have emailed about this a month ago and yet no resolve.”

“I have been trying since July to find out whether I can get spare parts for their Senior Folding Display Board System. I have e-mailed them three times (receiving an automated acknowledgement on each occasion) and called and left a message on their answerphone (talking to a human is apparently not an option) on two further occasions. Absolutely no response to my question. I like the product but customer service??????”
