“Very poor service. Was promised a response by last Wednesday, Thursday at the absolute latest as case was time sensitive. Despite trying to call several times and emails being sent, solicitor constantly 'away from desk' or 'in a meeting'. Don't set expectations you can't meet.”

“I was naive enough to trust this Platform with my hard-earned savings. In just a month, I lost $535,000. Their lack of support and professionalism were shocking. It was a devastating experience. “I HAD AN ACCIDENT IN MARCH 13th2023,IN THE GOLDEN SQUARE WARRINGTON M REYNOLDS WAS APPROACHED AND A SOLICITOR WAS ASIGNED TO ME A POLISH LADY IN BLACKPOOL !!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER ASKED FOR C.T, THEN SHE SENT ME A LETTER SAYING SHE HAD BEEN CHASING THE WRONG INSURER FOR 3 MONTHS?????!!!! I WAS TOLD TO GET AN X-RAY OM MY RIGHT KNEE, WHICH I DULY DID, NO SERIOUS DAMAGE, THEN IN AUGUST 2ND 2024 MY DOCTOR WAS CONCERNED THE WAY I WAS WALKING, AN X-RAY WAS CLLED FOR....A FRACURED LEFT HIP!!!!! WHICH I WAS TOLD I COULDNT CLAIM FOR AS THE GREATER TIME HAD ELAPSED I THEN ACCEPTED A VERY LOW AMOUNT, AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE CHEQUE THEY MIS-SPELT MY NAME SO CHEQUE WAS VOID, I HAD TO HAVE IT PUT DIRECTLY TRANSFERED INTO MY BANK.....THIS IS A MASSIVE FAILURE THE SOLICITOR DID NOT DO DUE DILIGENCE FOR 3 MONTHS A LETTER I STILL HAVE T P RIMMER”

“Not fit for purpose when enquiring about action against the police. The receptionist declined to put me through to anyone and declined my case without even listening to my concerns with the police. This firm is definitely the worst firm I contacted due to not listening to my case and declining my case by a receptionist. Avoid this bogus firm at all costs”

“Had a recommendation by a friend to use this company,I rang and a lady called Alina samus took my call,seemed very nice,any way from then on it went down hill she was very disorganised, did not return calls,never posted the paperwork for my case which she said was ok,I asked her if she wanted it because I did not hear anything for over 2 weeks,said yes,I asked about the paperwork that had not turned up and was told it will be posted today,still not received it,I rang her 2 days ago but did not answer but tx me to say ill ring back in 45 mins, still not got the call back,I wrote another tx to which it was ignored ,extremely unprofessional and would not recommend her to anyone”

“Very unprofessional & waste peoples times for a year then say they can't be bothered dealing with the case even if you have all the supporting evidence Daniel Mcfee accepted my case and Cathereen doesn't know what she is talking about no worries almighty is looking karma will come to the corrupt people & justice will be served one day avoid this company altogether”

“If I could I'd rate these 0 stars I lost my baby 2 year ago due to medical negligence and had 6 different solictors the past year didn't look into my case properly at all and never contacted me ever I had to leave voicemails etc never got back to me and just sent a letter to close case don't recommend these at all!!!!!”

“wouldnt trust this firm anymore they did one half decent job on one case yet the recent case i had with them they have totally messed up yet its no there fault even though they missed vital information of certain forms well i will be taking this further and higher”

“Company failed to submit my medical records on time and provided a psychologist who couldn’t produce an accurate report. When I complained about this to the company, they blamed me and promptly stated they did not wish to continue representing me !!!”

“Exactly the same problem as the review left by Steve 4 different solicitors dealing with my divorce and one problem after another with paperwork not been sent it's got to the point where you just couldn't make it up the problems I have had with a third time of paperwork not been completed correctly after been checked by them before it was sent . A complete joke and not surprised there closing down the family section. Avoid Avoid Avoid”

“Am I just unlucky? I have been with this form for 9 months and still await closure. I have had 4 different solicitors in that time and now they have written to tell me they are closing their family law dept. and transferring it elsewhere.....Dealt with abysmally during a time of intense stress. I would avoid this business at all costs.”
