“Mark and his staff have been fantastic with all aspects of my insurance claim . As I was unwell at the time they took it out of my hands which was really appreciated as they made the whole process much easier to deal with on my behalf. They are a fabulous team and I have nothing but high esteem for them and would and would absolutely recommend them”

“The Mark Reynolds Solicitors Team at Walton Vale were incredibly helpful in signing an indemnity form to release funds following a recent family bereavement. Following the production of the necessary legal documents to confirm identity, the form was signed at short notice and at no cost. I found the team courteous, professional and polite and would have no hesitation in recommending their service.”

“I cannot thank Catherine enough for all her help and support, always there at the end of the telephone if I ever need to speak to her. Catherine always kept me updated right throughout and gave courtesy calls to check if I was ok, which I thought was lovely nothing was ever too much for her. Very helpful and friendly Service off Mark Reynolds all round would highly recommend this solicitor's.”

“From the moment I entered the office on County Road, Liverpool I was greeted very warmly by all in the office. “wouldnt trust this firm anymore they did one half decent job on one case yet the recent case i had with them they have totally messed up yet its no there fault even though they missed vital information of certain forms well i will be taking this further and higher”
