“I had a small matter of needing to get a certified copy of my passport. I tried several local Solicitors who weren't interested in helping me unless I was an existing customer. Catherine at the Leigh branch sorted this out for me without any issue. Friendly and professional service.”

“First class service from Catherine today. After being very stressed at being unable to find a solicitor to help with some documents she managed to sort out my problem and made me feel so much better. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Catherine and the Leigh branch for their very friendly and efficient service and for making everything so much simpler. Thank you so much.”

“I attended Mark Reynolds solicitors last week with the view to some important document verification. I spoke to Katy Davison who was professional and helpful which put me immediately at my ease . My problem was quickly and efficiently resolved . I would have no hesitation to recommend Mark Reynolds solicitors to family and friends . I will be using them again on an other matter very soon .”

“Mark Reynolds Solicitors initially provided advice and assistance in a patient manner without any obligation on our part : Katy Davison dealt with the Grant of Probate on my mothers behalf and dealt with all matters in a friendly, professional and considerate manner, Katy was always available to discuss any concerns that arose and provided regular updates : I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark Reynolds Solicitors.”

“Not fit for purpose when enquiring about action against the police. The receptionist declined to put me through to anyone and declined my case without even listening to my concerns with the police. This firm is definitely the worst firm I contacted due to not listening to my case and declining my case by a receptionist. Avoid this bogus firm at all costs”

“I knocked on Mark Reynolds door out of hours . I was invited inside, I shared my story. Advise was given. ‘I have never experienced anybody talk to me with such passion to help & advise me to seek a swift resolution. I followed his advice and confidently took on one of the leading vehicle rental companies in the UK. With in one hour the issue was resolved. “Catherine Sheehy was absolutely wonderful; not only was she friendly, she listened, she took note of everything I said and advocated for me right the way through the process; she kept me informed and went above and beyond when she felt something was not being dealt with fairly. “Had a recommendation by a friend to use this company,I rang and a lady called Alina samus took my call,seemed very nice,any way from then on it went down hill she was very disorganised, did not return calls,never posted the paperwork for my case which she said was ok,I asked her if she wanted it because I did not hear anything for over 2 weeks,said yes,I asked about the paperwork that had not turned up and was told it will be posted today,still not received it,I rang her 2 days ago but did not answer but tx me to say ill ring back in 45 mins, still not got the call back,I wrote another tx to which it was ignored ,extremely unprofessional and would not recommend her to anyone”
