“I contacted this law firm after seeing an ad in free Knowsley paper on first contact they were friendly and very helpful my case was a little complex as they were not admitting liability at first but with perseverance we got there in the end all thanks in large part to Mr David Speed my solicitor he was amazing and super friendly and down to earth would highly recommend both him and Mark Reynolds solicitors to anyone top class firm and David thank you so much your a super star. “Company failed to submit my medical records on time and provided a psychologist who couldn’t produce an accurate report. When I complained about this to the company, they blamed me and promptly stated they did not wish to continue representing me !!!”

“We approached Mark Reynolds to help with our elderly fathers will. We dealt with Carl Marston whose approach we liked very much. Carl met us at the Leigh branch which was much more convenient for us. Carl was very professional and down to earth. He was patient and went out of his way to clearly explain all points to our satisfaction. We never felt rushed at any time. We felt so comfortable with Carl that we will be arranging for him to review and update all of our families wills.”

“The best. I came to Mark Reynolds and David Speed in Mark Reynolds after I was not happy with the service of another firm when. I suffered a broken bone during a police arrest following multiple allegations(I maintain their false) made by the daughter of a retired Inspector. In addition to the broken bone case being take on, Mark Reynolds also looked at a previous arrest which the other solicitor refused to review. It was amazing that they did as they managed to obtain an admission of liability from MET police for approx 40 hours false imprisonment. This was in addition to the serious injury suffered on the next occasion. They have also been fantastic as due to the trauma I was not the easiest of clients.”
