“Couldn’t fault this firm at all. I used them awhile ago with the best outcome so decided to go back there this time. John is very professional and delt with it all quickly with no issues. Even the reception staff are very helpful if John was not available, Would definitely use again. Thank you.”

“I contacted this law firm after seeing an ad in free Knowsley paper on first contact they were friendly and very helpful my case was a little complex as they were not admitting liability at first but with perseverance we got there in the end all thanks in large part to Mr David Speed my solicitor he was amazing and super friendly and down to earth would highly recommend both him and Mark Reynolds solicitors to anyone top class firm and David thank you so much your a super star. “Company failed to submit my medical records on time and provided a psychologist who couldn’t produce an accurate report. When I complained about this to the company, they blamed me and promptly stated they did not wish to continue representing me !!!”

“We approached Mark Reynolds to help with our elderly fathers will. We dealt with Carl Marston whose approach we liked very much. Carl met us at the Leigh branch which was much more convenient for us. Carl was very professional and down to earth. He was patient and went out of his way to clearly explain all points to our satisfaction. We never felt rushed at any time. We felt so comfortable with Carl that we will be arranging for him to review and update all of our families wills.”

“The best. I came to Mark Reynolds and David Speed in Mark Reynolds after I was not happy with the service of another firm when. I suffered a broken bone during a police arrest following multiple allegations(I maintain their false) made by the daughter of a retired Inspector. In addition to the broken bone case being take on, Mark Reynolds also looked at a previous arrest which the other solicitor refused to review. It was amazing that they did as they managed to obtain an admission of liability from MET police for approx 40 hours false imprisonment. This was in addition to the serious injury suffered on the next occasion. They have also been fantastic as due to the trauma I was not the easiest of clients.”

“Would highly recommend Peter McCourt. I was down on my luck and at the end of the road. I had been turned away from two reputable large city firms based in Manchester firms, who spent months considering my case, only to tell me they were unable to represent me. I believe they were in fear of the NHS. This had cost me precious time. With only a week or two left to pursue a claim, I contacted 40 random solicitors online in a desperate last minute attempt to seek help .Two or three companies replied but were unable to help. Peter was the only one who was prepared to take on my case. Days away from a deadline that would have prevented me taking my case any further, they wasted no time in putting together and submitting the necessary papers to the court, securing me a claim. I wasn’t sure how it would work because I lived in a different town, yet they were extremely accommodating and made their services easily accessible, often meeting at an agreed location, suitable to myself. They were consistently reliable, and I received what felt like a personal service. When it seemed no one else dared to take on the NHS, they did. They managed to secure me a barrister, and I am pleased to say, went on to win my case. I was in complete despair, yet at the eleventh hour, not intimidated by the NHS, Peter managed to turn all that around. Not only was it a great day for me, but a great day for patients, and other NHS staff members, who have found themselves in similar difficulties, and are keen to do the right thing by speaking up against wrongdoings in the NHS. Can't thank you enough!”
