“I HAD AN ACCIDENT IN MARCH 13th2023,IN THE GOLDEN SQUARE WARRINGTON M REYNOLDS WAS APPROACHED AND A SOLICITOR WAS ASIGNED TO ME A POLISH LADY IN BLACKPOOL !!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER ASKED FOR C.T, THEN SHE SENT ME A LETTER SAYING SHE HAD BEEN CHASING THE WRONG INSURER FOR 3 MONTHS?????!!!! I WAS TOLD TO GET AN X-RAY OM MY RIGHT KNEE, WHICH I DULY DID, NO SERIOUS DAMAGE, THEN IN AUGUST 2ND 2024 MY DOCTOR WAS CONCERNED THE WAY I WAS WALKING, AN X-RAY WAS CLLED FOR....A FRACURED LEFT HIP!!!!! WHICH I WAS TOLD I COULDNT CLAIM FOR AS THE GREATER TIME HAD ELAPSED I THEN ACCEPTED A VERY LOW AMOUNT, AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE CHEQUE THEY MIS-SPELT MY NAME SO CHEQUE WAS VOID, I HAD TO HAVE IT PUT DIRECTLY TRANSFERED INTO MY BANK.....THIS IS A MASSIVE FAILURE THE SOLICITOR DID NOT DO DUE DILIGENCE FOR 3 MONTHS A LETTER I STILL HAVE T P RIMMER”

“Contacted Mark Reynolds Solicitors as I needed a solicitor close to Atherton/Leigh in that particular area. I liaised with Katy Davison, Practice Manager. From my initial email, I found them, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and helped me collect some information I needed quickly. They responded very quickly and were able to get all the information I needed in a very quick time frame. As I live overseas I thought it would be quite difficult and also quite daunting to using a solicitor as I haven’t used one before. But I couldn’t have been more wrong. I chose Mark Reynolds because of the fantastic reviews and they weren’t wrong. Would use again without hesitation. 5*”

“Really friendly and approachable staff at the walton vale office, imparticular Rachel, my solicitor. All i wanted to do was sort my will out...after a recent family bereavement...it could not have more simple and it didnt cost a fortune. Iv already recommended this solicitors office to my friends and would definitely use them again.”
