“I use the site for dwg OS plans for planning applications. It’s never let me down, competitively priced. Before this I was using Promap however with mapserve it’s easy to register and downloading the data is instant.”

“For drawing extensions etc the availability of maps in dwg format is invaluable. It takes most of the work out of block plans and location plans and the accommodation of variations in the desired plotting scale. Occasionally they are wrong, It's only happened to me once, but I'm sure this is a problem at source, ie Ordnance Survey.”

Thank you for this great review! Indeed the maps cover a huge area so it is only normal that sometimes the OS is wrong but twe try to update the maps regularly so any mistakes can be fixed.

“I'm an architect who previously had used Promap however over the last few years they had taken a relatively simple product and made it more and more complex to use. I find Mapserve a lot simpler and cheaper to use and to top it all they also provide really good quality maps.”

“I have over the year used other mapping services but having found Mapserve by chance i now use it every time i need an OS location plan. Site is very easy to use and cannot recommend it highly enough.”

“Had been using various other sites before, however I must admit Mapserve is very easy to use and so simple to purchase OS maps for planning services. Plenty of options and from searching to buying takes a few clicks once you have it all set up.”
