“Hi, I really like the website and the price, but unfortunately I was not able to use the output supplied and so had to purchase again from a (more expensive) competitor.
My software uses shapefiles for background mapping, but has a tool to convert .dxf files too. However the .dxf file your company supplied was not recognised by my software, whereas the one provided by the competitor was. This is the first time I have had this problem of my software not recognising a .dxf file.

“HI - I found the site slightly muddly to use as a first time user to mapserve. Although the os maps were produced in dwg which is fine, there should be an easy option for a pdf file as well. There maybe an option, but pressed for time as everyone, it was not readily apparent. Paul”
