“Good service, however, be careful you do not run out of detailed "views" before purchase as they are limited. This did cause a problem and I had to "Guess" the area I purchased. Perhaps it is because I do not use this service very often. An instruction booklet would help here.”

Dear customer, the free views are reset every time you purchase. We need to limit them due to royalty reasons but if you encounter this issue please let us know and we'll sort it out for you.

“Its really easy to use and you can download your plans straight away. Access to the invoice is really easy as well. The various information options have proven very useful on several projects in the past.”

“I’ve been using MapServe for several years now for planning purposes. It’s my default provider of location plans for it’s speed, price and ease of use. It’s adaptability allows me to tailor the required maps to show exactly what I need and nothing more. I really excellent service.”

“I recommend MapServe above other planning map providers because of the excellent customer service they provide. I have used MapServe twice and, on both occasions, made errors in the map types that I ordered. MapServe's customer service team couldn't have been more helpful, and ensured that I had the maps that I should have ordered at the earliest opportunity.”
