“Thought I'd have a go at servicing my shock at home, so popped in to see if I could purchase some oil, but ended up getting mapdec to do it for me. So glad I did! Paul turned around the service the same day and at a very competitive price and the shock is as good as new. Highly recommended!”

“I would use MAPDEC Cycle Works more if they were closer, every transaction I have had has been spot on, nothing is too much trouble and its celar they are all enthusiasts who not only have a business to run but are also passionate about what they do! You are dealing with people who understand. If I am in their neck of the woods one day, I will drop in!!”

“I have nothing negative to say regarding Mapdec itself or the products ordered. I have a lot to say regarding the delivery and the company GLS. First they wrote the attempt of delivery was on October 10th, but they only left the paper at the mail box yesterday, 11th. I am pretty sure it wasn't there before yesterday afternoon. Next they give zero support when I tried to find were or how I could collect the package. The phone provided does not work. The email service does not respond. The site does not identify the track number provided by themselfs. In resume, a huge mess. I had to travel to different pick up shops trying to find the package. One of pick up shops GLS website refers to claims they not working with GLS for more then 3 years!! Please just stop working with GLS.”
