“Found Madpec by watching their videos on YouTube. I had rebuilt my 2016 Stumpjumper but was having creaking from the bottom bracket/ rear of the bike. As they have experience with these issues I knew it was the place to go. Luckily I only live 1 hour away. I brought it in Friday afternoon and they called with an assessment a couple hours later. They fixed the bottom bracket adjusted the rear wheel and installed new bearings. Professional service and affordable rates for top notch servicing. On Monday they called to say the bike was ready. Great friendly positive team. Just took the bike out for a ride and the creaking is completely solved and the bike is running beautifully!! Thank you 🤩”

“Purchase was a LOOK blade 795RS. I brought a bike to transfer copy my fit and Paul did the estimations based on that. All good. Took about 1.5 hrs then to finish up the build, fork cutting and transferring a few upgrades I had brought. All done very professionally. Very friendly and knowledgeable team. Would certainly buy from them again.”

“Great service from Mapdec. Paul and his team are friendly and professional, and kept me updated throughout the process for my custom Look 785. I had a two hour drive to collect the bike. Paul also provided a route for a test ride after a bike fit. Highly recommended.”

“Took my bike to Mapdec for a full fork service and it also needed other bits doing aswell, the lads phoned to say what it was needing which I wasn’t aware of, they were very helpful and did a great job, would deffinately recommend them and I will be using them in future.”

“Great service & communication from initial contact through to purchase and delivery. All within timely manner after Jake went through the options and process. Items were put together and securely packaged. Highly recommend. Not used item yet so can’t comment on quality FFWD products.”

“Brought my Look 585 over to Mapdec to “make it lovely again” and that’s just what they’ve done. Did what was needed doing to a very high standard and keep me “in the loop” throughout. Didn’t do what didn’t need doing; so kept the cost very acceptable. Top marks, worth the trip across the Pennines.”
