“They were very helpful when I went in store and took time to find the fireplace I was looking for .It had to be ordered but they said they would let me know the next day how long it would be ,sure enough they did and it was delivered within the week .That's what I call excellent service and they also gave me a reduced price so thank you Manor House I would highly recommend you . than what was in the brochure”

“My electric fire arrived faulty. Manor House promptly arranged for Dimplex to call me immediately. Dimplex sent a replacement part 5 days later and the fire now works. Manor House were efficient and helpful. I said to them that to improve their customer service, it would have been nice if they could have set up the fire when it was delivered. It takes only 5 minutes but required careful reading of the instruction manual.”

“Bought an Evonics xavier from Manorhouse Fires - Kenilworth showroom. Showroom was well stocked with lots of different xavier makes in show. We greeted and were shown around with questions answered and given brochures on the fires we were particularly interested in. Good experience and also, because there was a delay in manufacturer delivering fire to the showroom, owner came and delivered the fire in person.”

“Dealing with Martin from Manor house was a pleasure, Nothing at all was an issue. Even went out of his way to update me on the delivery of the fireplace which was appreciated greatly. We choose the Burley Wakerly 12w and Martin gave us a great price within a few hours of enquiring. This fire is extremely powerful and you can feel the heat of it sat 6 metres away from it once its warmed up. our Lounge has voted ceilings and we were worried the warm air would sit too high up and encourage cold air down near the sofa however this is not the issue at all and we are extremely toasty! Thanks for great service and a excellent product. Ric”

“Elated with the finished product. Craig fitted the stove for us and was he was fantastic with the advice he gave and with the quality of installation. I aimed to lay flooring after and wanted a gap to slot the floor under the edge of the hearth and he sorted that perfectly. Staff very helpful in store. We got a quote and there was no pressure put on us to get the job done until we had finalised what we wanted.”
