“We took a long time over the choice of our Gazco 'Studio 1' trying to find logs which looked 'right' when lit, and importantly, when turned off. But we all persevered and are delighted with our choice of driftwood (specially ordered for us to 'sample' first) with the black glass interior which looks stunning - especially at night. This is an expensive product and a major focal point, so it was important to get it right - and we did! Michael's patience, willingness to advise and help, and Craig's good-natured installation have made this a wholly positive experience , and we are pleased to be able to highly recommend Manor House!”

“knowledgeable staff in the shop, able to guide our decision making and give us an appropiate short list of fires meeting out needs. Home survey pleasant and knowledgeable but missed the need for a wider hearth to fit into the carpet already laid causing some delay later as new (more expensive one) had to be ordered. Fitting done in the two days arranged in spite of the problem with the hearth delaying some of the preparation work to the 2nd day. Unfortunately the limestone front covering the lower part of the fire came away from the metal backing (held in place by magnets. This was put right in the shop but necessitated 2 further visits to the shop to drop off & collect the repaired hearth part,”

“Great company to deal with. Very pleased our new fire and fireplace and with the service received from Manorhouse. Our fitter Craig was punctual, and friendly, he made every effort to minimise disruption and keep everywhere clean and tidy. All updates regarding appointment times and fitting dates were much appreciated.”

“We were very pleased with the service we received when buying our electric fire, and all the helpful comments given to us, which assisted in us selecting the correct fire for our needs. Finding a fitter was a little bit of a problem but now fully operational. Thankyou.”

“They were very helpful when I went in store and took time to find the fireplace I was looking for .It had to be ordered but they said they would let me know the next day how long it would be ,sure enough they did and it was delivered within the week .That's what I call excellent service and they also gave me a reduced price so thank you Manor House I would highly recommend you . than what was in the brochure”
