“The manor house experience was excellent from start to finish. Staff were helpful, informative and polite in the shop, to the fitters who were on time, clean and tidy and again polite. Would recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a fire and surround.”

“We are so pleased with our new fire. We originally thought about a wood burner but changed our minds and went for a gas version - can be turned off when right temperature is reached! Manor House were excellent. Michael in the showroom was so helpful and Paul and his team who fitted the fire were very professional and completed their work with minimum mess and disruption. Thank you Manor House.”

“We are very happy with our fire place. The fitters were very good and left no mess! We went in a few times till we decided on the right fire place and they were so helpful every time. Excellent service from start to finish!!”

“From initial enquiry to fitting, we found Manor House staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable about their products which enabled us to choose the right fire for our room. Communication, about the preparation was excellent. During the installation of our log burner, the fitters arrived on time, and were tidy. We did have one concern over the hearth we had selected but this was handled and addressed professionally and we are delighted with our new stove and we look forward to many cosy nights in! Thank you to all the team. We would recommend Manor House to anyone considering a new fireplace.”

“I was extremely pleased with the whole buyer experience with Manor House. I purchased a Gazco Studio Inset 105 - Inset Electric Fire. The price was very competitive and significantly better than I could get from my local store. I had regular email status updates including being able to select the delivery day that suited me. I would recommend them.”
