“Great product great service in shop and fitters were great. Turned iPhone on time and completed fitting in 5 house little mess”

“Responded to email enquiry. Dealt promptly with the order and kept updated on the progress. Once in stock I have been notified to choose delivery date to suit me. The only downside was that company who was delivering my product on the pallet was not able to communicate with ETA, hence housebound on the day waiting for the product to arrive.”

“We bought from you because the telephone conversations were so very helpful and pleasant. There is no doubt that being polite and ringing back to answer a question made all the difference to us. “Excellent service from start to finish. Very helpfull on severall occasion on the telephone when I needed to check things out and obtain further information and updates, the log burner delivery was flawless, it arrived very weell packed and on time. Happy to recommend them”

“We were not sure what we needed, we only knew it needed to be modern and stylish to match our room design. Manor house explained to us the various products on the market, what the various standards and kite marks meant, including British regs on stove placement, the assistance was outstanding, they even managed to source us an amazing Stove at a fraction of the normal retail price, we will always go back there first. We bought the ACR Birchdale - really nice.”

“Friendly, helpful staff who were more than happy to explain various gas stove options, as well as, breaking down costs to match. Once ordered delivery took only one week compared to 4 weeks plus elsewhere. Really pleased with the before & after care from Manor House and will certainly recommend.”
