“Excellent service from start to finish. I needed info regarding the installation of the electric fire i wanted to purchase and within minutes of speaking to ManorHouse I had an email with attachments showing me exactly what I needed to know. Delivery was speedy and timed to suit me. Price was also excellent. Would recommend this company to anyone.”

“After initial problems (fire arrived shattered) Manor House were quick to resolve the problem by arranging for the fire to be picked up and organised a replacement straight away. Mark at Manor House also rang to check that the replacement had arrived safely. Overall customer service helpful and very good. Would recommend and use this company again.”

“Mark was very efficient and accurate with his timing the stove turned up on time. We would definitely recommend you to our friends. The only thing that let you down was the currier service with the grille but you did your best to get them moving (not your fault but the curriers). You did all you could. “We are so pleased with our new fire. We originally thought about a wood burner but changed our minds and went for a gas version - can be turned off when right temperature is reached! Manor House were excellent. Michael in the showroom was so helpful and Paul and his team who fitted the fire were very professional and completed their work with minimum mess and disruption. Thank you Manor House.”

“From initial enquiry to fitting, we found Manor House staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable about their products which enabled us to choose the right fire for our room. Communication, about the preparation was excellent. During the installation of our log burner, the fitters arrived on time, and were tidy. We did have one concern over the hearth we had selected but this was handled and addressed professionally and we are delighted with our new stove and we look forward to many cosy nights in! Thank you to all the team. We would recommend Manor House to anyone considering a new fireplace.”
