“Friendly and efficient, I liked that you showed concern in regard to the glass front of our stove, so much so that you cancelled the delivery with your regular courier, palletised our stove and re-booked with a haulier and still delivered on the day you originally quoted. Well done and thank you.”

“We were pleased with their professionalism and their attention to detail. We have now used them in two houses to create new fireplaces. A very traditional one with gas flame fire and the recent one which is in wall storax log burner. Which we are enjoying using.”

“Friendly and efficient. On the day of fitting the fire the fitters arrived well within the time frame given and removed and took away the old fire. Once the new fire was in place the fireplace was left clean and tidy. A refund was due as a new lintal was not required and this was received within a couple of days of paying the balance due. Would recommend Manor House fires.”

“We went to Michael because we had received a poor service from another firm and decided to change suppliers. From the beginning, Michael and his team have been brilliant. Michael is just the nicest man and so passionate about doing a great job. He bent over backwards to meet our timescales and deliver us a brilliant produce that was exactly right for our home. The installer he sent to us was brilliant too - very caring and experienced. I wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend Manor House Fireplaces.”

“Initial contact was great, price was good and the product is terrific. Great that Manor House also recommended an installer, who we dealt with separately but also did a great job. I cant quite remember the exact problem but remember being frustrated with the delivery arrangements, left with a 'fate accomplice' at the eleventh hour. Nevertheless that shouldn't detract too much from a great customer service experience overall.”
