“The fire ordered took almost two weeks to be deivered and communication was poor as I had to call after a week to see when the fire was going to be delivered. Very happy with the fire itself though.”

“The speed of response to my initial enquiry was very good and then to follow it up with additional help prior to purchasing was excellent. Once ordered the confirmation was immediate and then only a few days later got a phone call to say it was received and to arrange delivery. Had the fire within a week of placing the order. Very quick, very slick and excellent service Thanks”
