“Manor house were helpful when we visited showroom and responded promptly when we asked questions via email. Delivery was as promised and they were flexbile when we needed to change the delivery address. Whole process was excellent, would highly recommend.”

“The staff at Manor were very helpful with the type & capacity of the log burner & John the fitter installed the flue over a number of visits as our build progressed & we benefited from his experience as to the type of chimney breast & hearth we went for.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Warm reception at the showroom with a really good selection of stoves to look at and fantastic advice from Michael. Installation was exactly as described and went really smoothly to give us a beautiful stove and fireplace fitted to a very high standard. Loving the warm toasty feeling only a real fire gives.”

“Superb friendly and helpful service. They could not have done more to provide a wonderful product. The installation ran into a few issues but, nothing this amazing team could not overcome. They went above and beyond to ensure my fire and fireplace was installed. Such professionals.”

“Gary came and measured up several weeks before the installation. He returned and arranged for the chimney to be swept. The Installation was finished within the morning. He then ensured we knew how to use the fire safety, leaving everything tidy and cleaned up. One problem though later was the time its took to register the guarantee for the fire with Domestic and General Insurance, being passed to four different people and taking over thirty minutes.”

“The whole process was an easy one, I knew what I wanted in terms of products, bought a number of burners off them and they kept me updated as to the process and when I can expect them. The team were professional and courteous and assisted in getting them inside for me. Would have no hesitattion on buying off them again.”

“Excellent - had the item I wanted at the best price I found anywhere. Had to wait for supply to them from Jotul, but that fitted in with our build plan and they were upfront about potential delivery time. Pre sales advice and support bang-on and toon the time to answer our queries.”

“My wife decided she'd like to modernise our lounge fireplace and upgrade the gas fire. I did some research on the internet and Manor House Fireplaces in Kenilworh was one of several local firms I picked out. After visiting three of them, Manor House stood out as the most competent and professional, so we placed an order with them. We were not disappointed. From quotation through to installation, everything was handled meticulously and according to plan. Our new fireplace and gas fire are now installed and working and we are very pleased. Excellent product and excellent service. Thank you Manor House.”

“We would highly recommend the services of Manor House. Excellent, informative and no pressure communication from our first visit to the show room to final installation. We were given several detailed options and, after a site visit for measuring up, we made an informed choice. Installation took two days and the team took care to complete this as cleanly and tidily as possible.”
