“The bike looks great for the price. Really happy with it! The bike looked well packed, but unfortunately during the shipping, something happened with the fork, it's not aligned. So I can not mount the front wheel, have to change the fork. I live on an island in the Azores archipelago (Portugal), so the bike did a big trip till here.”

“The 2 stars is mostly for the service I received. Didn't have a my communication that they were awaiting on a part, it only was known after I called them weeks after the order! As a small business I appreciate the minimal resources but communication is key. I didn't care if it was going to take 2 months to be delivered, but I would of liked to know. The bike was a gift for my partner and she is happy with it, the ironic thing is the only negative on the bike is the scratches on the front wheel, which was the part they were waiting stock of! Overall good bike, poor service.”

“Thanks to Cookies I found their website, started to play with the "bike builder" ... and then hastily clicked on a single speed on offer. I'm sure you agree that this bargain-priced "Gus" looks stunning - plenty of heads turning (I know, not always a Good Thing) as I cruised between Oxford's coffee shops. NB bottle cage and pedals were purchased separately. The order was initially delayed re a shortage of matching colour forks, Mango was excellent in proactively contacting me. It rides well, with a gearing ration well suited to Oxford's hills and getting away from traffic lights. You should buy one.”
