“I purchased my bike from Mango using my work cycle to work scheme. The process was smooth sailing from start to finish. I was kept updated on build and shipping progress. The bike was very easy to put together once received even for a beginner like me. They have responded to my questions swiftly and nothing has been too much trouble. Outstanding.”

“arrived damaged on 13 march. called and messaged immediately. no reply for 4 days. only an angry facebook message got any reaction at all. then a bit of back and forth, every time several days before a reply came. so what it says here regarding "Queries Resolved In Under an hour" is ENTIRELY FALSE INFORMATION. in the end I had to pay extra shipping (60 quid) to get a replacement it came completely stripped, no instructions, no assistance, nothing whatsoever. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE A TOTAL DISASTER”

Hi Jirdo Sorry you feel let down. Though we have been pretty fair and tried our best to get you sorted. The bike was signed for in good condition, then you reported the box was damaged. Then we even sent you a replacement frame as a gesture of goodwill, but you were extremely cross and pretty offensive about that. We want everyone to love their Mango bike, why wouldn't we?! But there comes a point where it doesn't matter how hard we try and we have to say, enough is enough. Sorry you’re not happy with us. We tried really hard. Mango Bikes

“Absolutely in love with my bike. Its an ex demo bike but it came in pretty much mint condition. I'd been looking at it online for months. I've been on it everyday. So glad I made the leap and bought it. Did not get buyers remorse at all. Chur Mango!!”

“I've had my Mango bike for 2 years now (averaging 4 hours of riding a week) and absolutely love it, it's reliable and very sturdy, exactly what I need for my daily commute. I recently spoke with Andrew to order a new part and was extremely impressed with the prompt reply and exemplary customer service. “Fancied trying a single speed for my daily commute as is less maintenance than my current geared bike, which gets heavy use and my gears need replacing every 18 mths, so plumbed for a Mango single speed. Was very impressed with the customer service ; as my commute involves 2 fairly large hills, I e-mailed Mango about replacing the standard 18T rear hub to a larger hub. Andrew replied and was very accomodating and suggested they change to a 22T hub. (no extra cost). The bike, when recieved, was easy to assemble and set up. It rides really well, is perfect for my ride to work and a joy to ride... I love it! Have been promoting Mango bikes to my fb friends, because imo, having this as a commuter is a no brainer!”

“I ordered a couple of accessories recently from Mango , the ordering system was simple and transparent . The communications were excellent and the dispatch , delivery was very prompt , the items were very well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. The brands supplied were excellent and the price great . I can’t recommend them highly enough”

“The bike was a clearance sale. the whole thing lasted 2 months and they fell apart at the welds for the frame and forks, currently have a jigsaw puzzle not a bike and not entitled to a refund, 10/10 wont be back”

“Purchased a single speed custom in February. Speedy construction and delivery, plus the God of FedEx delivery aligned the stars so the bike was delivered when I was working from home. Bonus. Set up easy, about 10 mins and then another 10 messing about with seat and bars. Bike is well put together and surprisingly smooth. But it's mega heavy! Compared to my 15yr old Felt Brougham that it replaced, was quite shocked. Have fitted some combi SPD pedals and Crud 3 mudguards. All a doddle to fit. Went for Crud guards so can whip them off when the dry weather returns (imagine that hahaha). Overall, decent and wld recommend. Cheers to the folk at Mango 👍”

“Couldn't be happier with the bike and the service. It arrived within a few days of ordering. Super easy to put together. Amazing customer service, answered all of my questions quickly and were really helpful and accommodating with the build I wanted which wasn't listed. Brilliant bike at a great price. Can't recommend highly enough!”
