“Overall very pleased with the bike. Solid build, rides smooth, looks great. Had an issue with the wheels as the wrong ones were ordered for the bike so the ones I received were different to those pictured in the ad. Mango did send me some good quality luggage for free to make amends. Also the chainset is not Miche as advertised but Mango's own brand. Bit disappointed with that as the branded chain set influenced my decision to buy the bike. Rang customer service about this but didn't receive a reply. All in all experience with Mango Bikes seemed a little unprofessional but the bike I ended up with is great; if a fair bit different from what I paid for..!!”

Hey Jackson New Bike Day ahoy - your bike should be delivered in the next day or two. I can see from tracking it's at customs now so expect contact in next day or two I guess. Tam Mango.

“Communication is awful Giving customers a lead time / ETA when order has been received is just a basic and all that is needed . Responding to emails instead of ignoring them Answering the phone , not necessary usually but when there's zero communication shows you actually exist and haven't just taken someone's money. When someone parts with money , all that is needed is acknowledgement . Ignoring polite requests for updates causes trust issues 2 months later, still no bike, emails for updates ignored. You then ask for a review”

“I had a Mango single speed for the past 3 years and it has been extremely reliable, especially given the extreme conditions I've cycled in and the distance I've covered. I love the simplicity, the shape of the frame and lightweight feel of my bike. The only negative comment I would mention is the combination of steel and aluminium. They have galvanic welded to one another in a couple of places: the saddle stand to the frame and the crank set to the bottom bracket. If I knew, I would have been careful to disassemble it from time to time.”

“Everything seemed great at first, ordered the bike and in the creation process they didn't have the wheels that I ordered. They reached out and offered a free backpack if I was willing to substitute the wheels, no problem. However, bike arrived minus the free backpack. Plus the rear wheel they sent is way off true and I had to loosen the brakes significantly to prevent it rubbing. Reached out to customer service for the lack of backpack and the wheel and they've ghosted me.”

“I was given a discount code which didn't work. I emailed the company and they send me a code to use the next day. Packing was prompt, delivery was free and the products were exactly as described. One of the best companies I've ever ordered from.”

“We are a small independent bike workshop. We have a customer who we had previously sourced bright yellow tyres for from Mango. He now needed replacements and we discovered to our horror those tyres were no longer made, then to our delight that Mango Bikes had contracted their own bright tyre range! Happy shop, happy customer, great product and quick service. Thanks!!!”

“Mango bikes are solid bikes. I had my first one for over two years but unfortunately had it stolen. Reordering that bike has shown me that Mango has taken a dive in quality when it comes to customer service. I ordered a seat a few months back and trying to return it had me call, email, and facebook message for weeks on end with an occasional vague response and then just being ignored. I eventually had to ask Paypal to step in since I had returned the item. With ordering my new bike, I was once again completely ignored. Absolutely no response on any line of contact this time. When my bike arrived, the wheels were the wrong colour and after a couple of weeks, I am having problems with one of the pedals/crank arms. I don't even want to bother trying to contact Mango about this as I've been constantly ignored in everything I've tried to do with them this year.”
