“Received my bike in great time - only 4 days after I ordered it. Absolutely love the bike! Unfortunately the frame had a chip in it which I reported to mango. I was told to email and that it would be sorted, so I emailed over photos. I am still waiting to hear back. Also when trying o build the bike there were no Instructions provided. When trying to attach the front wheel, I had to go out and purchase pliers as the tools I was sent lost it’s tension so wouldn’t work. This has resulted in the nuts getting scratched as it was screwed together so tightly. A little let down from what had been a great purchase.”

“Having owned an Original Singlespeed for a few years, I can only say good things about Mango. I'm a glutton for punishment amd have ridden a couple of Audax seasons fixed, and the bike has held up admirably, far better than me on occasions. I was umming and aaring about getting a Point AR for more adventurous rides, but never got round to it. In the spring clearance sale, I managed to nab one at a price that really was too good to be true. Except it wasnt. What a fantastic bike. unbelievable spec for the price, and follow up customer care that really has been second to none. I had a couple of queries which were answered within the over the weekend. I look forward to many thousands of miles of fun on the Point AR. Thankyou so much.”

“I recently purchased two bikes, a Point R and an OG 1*. Both arrived within a few days and were quickly constructed. Customer service was personal, fast and friendly when one part of my order (a rack) was unavailable. The OG 1• is now my nippy runaround bike. The Point R has so far only been Zwifting but will go to the Lakes next month. I chose the Point R largely because it’s a road bike with rack attachments on the frame so ideal for touring. Showed it to the man at my local specialist bike shop who said it was a “great bike”. Very happy.”

Hi Maria Sorry to hear you got a puncture. Our tyres a really great quality but we can't legislate against road conditions unfortunately. It's also worth making sure tyre pressure is checked regularly as if it's too low this can also increase chances of getting a puncture.
