He was honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Matt would manage expectations and always reply even if he didn’t have an update.
The process seemed to be more tricky once we had a mortage accepted and we was passed from Matt to work with the applications team. However after a couple of attempts at contacting over a day or 2 we would eventually get a reply.
