“This was the second frame I’ve bought and I think they make superb gifts. Ready at fairly short notice which was great. Absolutely loved by the recipients. With the latest purchase, I love the colour of the blocks but it appears to me that the blocks are smaller than the previous one I purchased four years ago and the placement of the name blocks on this one do not appear to be equal distance from the end on the white shelf within the frame? I will forward a photo when I can and maybe you can have a look and let me know your thoughts? Kind regards, Carolyn”

“I am unable to write a review unfortunately as dpd did not deliver it. They claimed there was an issue with the address, there wasn't, and it now has to be collected in a neighbouring village. This after two different time slots being emailed to me and neither being attempted.I don't hold you accountable but it may be worth speaking with dpd if you sell products in Scotland. The present did not arrive in time for Christmas as they also missed a third time slot where they were supposed deliver it to the post office in the neighbouring village. As I said I don't hold you accountable and would happily purchase from you again but your courier has let you down”

Hi Michael, I'm so sorry there was a delay with the delivery. We will contact DPD for an explanation. If they organise a time slot then that is it when it should be delivered, we rarely have problems with our delivery partner but they did let us down on this occasion. Apologies again and I'm glad it did get delivered after a couple of days.
